Hahahaha. This is going to be fun.

SWOD: 3 max sets of Hand Stand Push-ups (If you can't do HSPUs, do handstand holds for max time)

WOD:
4rnds for time:

7cycles of:
Clean
Thruster
Back Squat
Rack Jerk

After cycle is completed 7 times:
20yd Bear Crawl (Across the room and back twice)

Do not drop the bar. If you do, 1 burpee penalty for every time the bar is dropped.
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Run 6x400m Keeping best possible pace. If you go 3 sec slower than your best pace=Foul= 3min isometric wall hold.
