Muscle-ups

Muscle-up PRactice today. We'll go through the progressions and help you work towards your first muscle-up. Or if you have a muscle-up, we'll work on stringing multiples together.

AM - 2x400m sprint, 8 x 100m

PM - 3 rounds 5 reps 185 Power Clean, 30 Bulgarian ring pushups 11:44 The last set of pushups took almost 3 entire minutes.

Lorenzo, what are Bulgarian Ring Push-ups?

You keep the hands far apart like a bench press and the rings remain turned outwards with minimal rotation of the wrists. The chest is dipped all the way through the rings. They suck really bad.
