Rest/ Make up Day

Use today to make up a WOD missed from the past two days, or if you were a good little boy or girl and didn't miss a workout; take today for a well deserved rest.

5 rounds for time:
275 deadlift 5 reps
10 ring pushups
30 abmat situps

Deadlifts must attain full lockout and bar cannot be dropped. Chest through rings on all pushups. Situps are "back to floor, chest to legs".
