Squat/ Press/ Pull-ups


Big Kids do Pull-ups


3+ Hours before the WOD run/row/bike/swim for 20 minutes cover as much distance as possible.

WOD
Squat 3x5 (add 5 lbs from last workout)
Press 3x5 (add 5 lbs from last workout)

Then for time:
100 Pull Ups Post weights and times to comments
